Running is hard enough. Getting the right shirt should not be.
Our 30-day promise
Contact us within 30 days of delivery if your apparel is not right for you. For each eligible item, you may choose either:
- a refund to your original payment method; or
- one replacement in a different available size.
A replacement does not restart or extend the original 30-day window. We normally do not require you to mail the original item back; if a return is needed in a particular case, we will tell you before you send anything.
Wrong, damaged, or defective items
If we sent the wrong item or your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
How to request help
Email contact@reluctantjoggingsociety.com with:
- your order number;
- the item involved;
- whether you prefer a refund or size replacement; and
- the replacement size, if applicable.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Sizing: relaxed by design
Our Comfort Colors® 1717 tees have a relaxed, unisex fit and are made from garment-dyed, ring-spun cotton. Available sizes and colors can vary by design.
- Choose your usual unisex T-shirt size for an easy, relaxed fit.
- For a closer fit, consider sizing down.
- For an oversized fit, consider sizing up.
- For the best comparison, lay a favorite shirt flat, measure straight across the chest about one inch below the armholes, and compare that measurement with the size chart shown on the product page.
- Because the fabric is garment-dyed, small variations in color and measurement are normal.
Care
Wash inside out with cold water and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed. Tumble dry low or hang dry, and do not iron directly over the printed design. Proper care helps preserve fit, color, and artwork.
Exceptions
We cannot refund gift cards. We may limit requests that show signs of fraud, abuse, or repeated misuse. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
